Shipping policy

At Edenvale Edit, we take care to ensure your order is beautifully packaged and dispatched promptly from our base in County Antrim, Northern Ireland.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days of payment confirmation. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been sent.

UK Delivery

  • Standard Delivery: 3–5 working days
  • Tracked Delivery: 2–3 working days

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.

Ireland Delivery

We are happy to ship to Ireland, with delivery times broadly in line with our UK timescales:

  • Standard Delivery: 3–5 working days
  • Tracked Delivery: 2–4 working days

Delivery costs for Ireland are calculated at checkout.

Collection & Product Viewings

Prefer to see the pieces in person before you buy? We offer collection and product viewings by appointment. This is a wonderful opportunity to explore the edit, try pieces on, and receive personal styling advice.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer standard international shipping outside of the UK and Ireland. This is to ensure the best possible experience for our customers — international shipments can carry risks including customs delays, import duties, and additional charges that we feel are not in keeping with the Edenvale Edit experience.

However, if you have a specific international shipping request, we are happy to discuss this on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us via our Contact Us form and we will do our best to assist.

Tracked Shipping

We strongly recommend selecting tracked shipping, particularly for higher-value orders. Edenvale Edit cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit where a non-tracked service has been selected.

Delays

Whilst we aim to meet all estimated delivery timeframes, occasional delays can occur due to high postal volumes or circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at contact@ednv.co.uk or via our Contact Us form.

Packaging

All Edenvale Edit orders are carefully packaged to ensure your pieces arrive in perfect condition. Where possible, we use sustainable and recyclable packaging materials.
